In 1963 ELECTROMECANICA EM was founded with the aim of fulfilling the needs of all the companies that in pursuit of constant improvement, needed to work in close cooperation with a supplier which could adapt itself to the demands of quality, reliability, precision and flexibility at any time. In 1983 the company acquired its first CNC lathe. That event set the evolution of the company’s investments, for today this kind of machinery accounts for more than 50% of our equipment.
		In 1990 the company became a public limited-liability company, under the current name, EM DECOLLETAGE, S.A. In 1999 we were awarded the DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management Standard by TÜV Rheinland.
